WiSE Specialist Emergency Clinic - Macquarie Park

I live in Central Coast and traveled all the way to Wise Clinic because of their positive reviews and visiting Wise Medical Clinic is one thing I never regretted! The staff are awesome, at the reception you will be greeted with a smile and politeness. Then the Asian lady who took my pelvic and abdominal ultrasound was very thorough and I am very impress! She didn’t rush the procedure and every single part that needs to be scan was scanned plus she’s caring. The gentlemen from the pathology Mitch who took my blood sample is one of a kind his also gentle he made me feel comfortable and even used a small needle to extract my blood. I was just observing and looking at the staff while I was there and they handle each of their patients with care and they spoke to them gently. It feels like this people love what they’re doing and this is one thing most other clinic doesn’t have the care, empathy and respect. One things for sure that every time I have tests that needs to be done I will definitely travel to see Wise Specialist Emergency Macquarie clinic their worth travelling.

Went in today for my ultrasound as a first patient with a full bladder. As soon as the lady sonographer came in she call me to perform the ultrasound straight away, She didn't even had her time for a coffee or to settle in as she said im sitting outside looking uncomfortable-which was true! She was very nice and respectful, shame that i didn't get her name. The lady on the door will greet you with a happy face which I really liked. The reception staff were also helpful and accommodating. The clinic is up to date and is very clean, the vibe was really light. Thank you Team! I had a wonderful experience at Wise Medical. You guys are all doing a great job!

From reception to doctors and nurses all the way to the radiographer. The experience is fantastic and the level of care is none to anything i've seen. Got diagnosed by Dr. Brian for chest infection and quickly had antibiotics intravenously. Felt much better when leaving the place. Also Ed and Jessica for their care to patch me up on my wounds. Great work and effort for the Wise team.

I ended up here due to having a suspected DVT in my leg on a Sunday of a long weekend. All of the staff (from the reception to the medical staff) were all very helpful and professional and welcoming. I was able to see a doctor and get the ultrasound scans, all in one place. Very impressed with the whole place and very grateful to be able to get this sort of service, especially on a Sunday.

I went to the WISE clinic recently and it was excellent. The wait time was less than 30 mins and it was so convenient getting blood tests and an ultrasound done all at the one place. The results also came through straight away. The staff were excellent and took the time to explain things to me. They never seemed flustered or impatient. For a non-emergency issue I would absolutely recommend going to this clinic.
